I know that this isn’t a fitness blog but I had to write that I weighed myself this morning and was the lowest I’ve been in a while. I’ve been using My Food Diary.com all week and I think it’s starting to pay off. Not to mention I’ve been exercising like mad (and enjoying it). Anyway… if you’re wondering what is going on between posts I’m probably at the gym doing something to help get the weight off.
I saw quite a few people with running/fitness goals this year. How’s it going for all of you?
